Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

US delivery takes 4–12 days in total, from order to doorstep. During holidays it can run a little longer, and we will tell you if it does. Our hats are packed and shipped by our production partner, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a big-box store. We would rather tell you the real timeline than promise tomorrow.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is a flat $5.99. Orders over $100 ship free. The final amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show the first movement.

Bundles

Hats in the same order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 days, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will find it, resend it or refund it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to US addresses do not require you to pay import duties at delivery.
